Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy. Store & Products.

IMPORTANT: This policy is for products printed and distributed through this websites store ONLY . This policy does not apply to third-parties such as, but not limited to; Sticker Mule, Gooten, Spreadshirt and  Society6.

Section 1 - shipping

My primary shipping service is Royal Mail or ParcelForce Worldwide. Both are services that are operated by Royal Mail Group Limited. Most of my products ship from from our business location in Middlesex, UK.

Every product is usually shipped within two (2) days, but generally within 24 hours. Deliveries will be made within 1 to 10 working days dependant upon weight, location and service requested. I do my best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so I often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the timeframe stated. Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days.

I do not purposefully profit from shipping, but prices within your invoice may differ compaired that of the offical shipping service. If we're shipping your order within the UK or internationally, your shipping cost are likely to be the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing, and the location in which the product is going to. While an effort is made to try and keep shipping costs up-to-date, I cannot guarantee this.

Delivery will be made to the delivery address submitted at time of purchase. If your delivery address has been submitted incorrectly, you must contact me within 4 hours of your purchase to update us with your correct delivery address.

If a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly. I will not hold any responsibility for this, the customer will have to try and retrieve the parcel themselves at their cost.

If my shipping services are unable to gain access to the agreed delivery address, the shipping services will return the goods to a local/ our warehouse and make contact with you to re-arrange delivery.  Unfortunately in these circumstances I may have to charge you a further delivery fee.

Depending on chosen shipping, goods must be signed for to confirm receipt. If you are unavailable at this time, I recommend a responsible adult is available to sign on your behalf.

I do not send to PO BOX addresses.

Section 2 - Shipping Errors

Shipping errors must be reported within 2 hours of the order being made, via All orders, are checked and double checked before leaving for delivery. If you are a UK customer and you have not received your order within 7 days of dispatch date, then you must notify me within these 7 days. If you notify me after these 7 days then we will not be responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it lost/stolen.

If you have received your parcel in poor condition/damaged or have items missing. You must keep all outer packaging so that the courier can collect the parcel for further investigation.

Section 3 - Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original unopened shipping packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Report your wishes to return your order , via Once report have been received, we can then discuss and arrange your return.

Section 4 - Refunds

Once I have received your item, it will be inspected and you will be notified that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your original payment method issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
