CD Surveys Ltd Van Graphical Sign Design
An extension of our relationship with CD Surveys Ltd, they informed us that they have a new fleet of 4 Ford vans that need a touch of branding.
An extension of our relationship with CD Surveys Ltd, they informed us that they have a new fleet of 4 Ford vans that need a touch of branding. I agreed and as a result, we collaborated on the creation and organisation of this project. My vision was to not clutter the vans with unnecessary details like many do, instead only have the real essentials, still ensuring that the design caught everyones eye.
The across the board goal was to ensure that CD Surveys fleet of vans could be recognised as theirs, no questions. It would include their logo, colouring, real essential contact and finally their services. The design also naturally had to work on other vans if need be, effectively a future proof design.
Process and research
I presented a few thought out ideas, which grew to what is todays design. To help CD Surveys Ltd visualise, I took a photograph of one of their new vehicles and ‘Photoshopped’ how the final design would look like. This reassured CD Surveys Ltd in how the final outcome would be and feel, before progressing onto organisation of the application. Everything went perfectly smooth.
